Before you swipe.
Is it free?
Yes. Earfling is in beta and free to use. We’ll add paid plans with extra picks and features later, and there will always be a free way to use it.
Where does the music come from?
Previews come from Deezer, and full songs and videos play through YouTube. Earfling doesn’t host or sell music; it helps you find it.
Who can join?
Anyone aged 18 or over in the UK. Tap Ask to join. It’s free; we let people in a few at a time and email you when you’re in.
What do you do with my data?
We use your answers and swipes to pick music for you. We never sell your data. We only send news and tips emails if you say yes, and every one has an unsubscribe link. Read the privacy notice.
Can I play it on my TV?
Yes. Open app.earfling.com/tv in your TV’s web browser, including Fire TV, and use your phone as the remote. You can also go full screen and AirPlay or screen-share to the TV.
Does it work on my computer?
Yes. Open app.earfling.com in any browser and sign in with your email, or install it so it opens like an app.
Do I need a password?
No. Type your email and we send you a one-tap sign-in link and a 6-digit code. Sign in the same way on any phone or computer and your mixtapes come with you.
Does it do podcasts?
Yes. Flip the Music | Podcasts switch to swipe on shows. On Free and Standard you choose music or podcasts; Premium gets both.
Will it send me notifications?
Only if you turn them on, and only the kinds you choose: gigs from bands you love, new Flings, and news from Earfling. On iPhone, add Earfling to your Home Screen first.
What are Flings?
Short, interesting clips about what you’re into: song and podcast tasters, “this month in music” and YouTube Shorts on topics you pick. You choose how much of each topic you get, so it’s always things you actually want to watch. Over-18s only.
