Terms of use
The beta
Earfling is a free beta run by Rob Duncan (hello@earfling.com). It’s for people aged 18 and over. Things may change, break or be reset while we test, and we may end the beta at any time.
Your account
Each account needs an email address that’s yours. We send a 6-digit code to check it, and you can also sign in with Google. Don’t share your codes with anyone; we’ll never ask you for one.
YouTube
Earfling uses YouTube API Services to play music videos. By using Earfling, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube’s handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Music and suggestions
Suggestions are made by AI and may occasionally be wrong. Music, artwork and videos belong to their owners and are provided by YouTube and Deezer. Earfling doesn’t host or sell music.
Shared mixtapes
If you share a mixtape, its name, songs and your first name are visible to the people you share it with. Keep names friendly. We may remove anything offensive.
